베타 함수

정의

양수 [math]\displaystyle{ p,q }[/math]에 대해, 정적분

[math]\displaystyle{ B(p,q)=\int_0^1 x^{p-1}(1-x)^{q-1}dx }[/math]

를 베타함수(beta function)라고 한다.
