Reason of Libre Wiki witch isn't forked from Rigveda Wiki is also a copyright issue. Because one of most big reason of privatization situation of Rigveda Wiki is CCL and copyright issues, new created wiki is disliked copyright issue. This reason, Namu Wiki is appeard now from copyright issue. So there is started from 'the wiki started from 0, aka zero-based wiki'.
