토파즈: (왔다갔다하며 받아쓰게 한다). “몇몇... 양은... 몇몇 양(moutons)은… 공원에서… 안전했다; 공원에서. (학생의 어깨너머로 들여다본 다음 계속) 몇몇 양은… 양들(moutonss). (학생이 갈피를 못잡은 채로 쳐다본다) 아이야, 노력해봐. 나는 양들(moutonsse)이라고 말하고 있어. Etaient (매우 또박또박하게 반복) étai-eunnt. 이건 양이 한 마리만 있는 게 아니라는 거야. 양들(moutonsse)이 여러 마리 있다고”. (학생이 멍한 채로 쳐다본다).“
